Coordinating the logistics of building a new 100,000 sf warehouse next to a fully operational manufacturing and distribution facility was one of the keys to a successful project. This was accomplished through clear communication and teamwork with critical production schedules and delivery commitments. Another key to success was finding a way to satisfy the county's requirement to test the newly constructed infiltration system for site storm retention. SEA CON responded with a coordinated effort to pump 750,000 gallons of water into the system within a 7-hour period. The success of this test provided both the owner and the county with peace of mind.
Northwest Center Commercial Laundry

58,000 sf warehouse for the new commercial laundry location which was designed, permitted, constructed and operational in 6 months. This relocation project had over 40 pieces of commercial laundry equipment some in excess of 1,500 pounds. More than 2 miles of piping including steam, detergent, water (clean, recycled and waste) compressed air and natural gas were designed and installed. It also included hundreds of feet of trench drains, two 7,500 gallon sumps and a number of pumps and holding tanks. Failure to meet the deadline would have meant a loss of over 3 million in contracts for Northwest Center.

Located on a 5-acre parcel, this 100,000 sf facility includes 64,000 sf of cool storage for cased beer and kegs and class "A" office space for over 200 employees. The office area also features a banquet room, full kitchen, break rooms, locker rooms, weight rooms, game room and a sports court. This building met or exceeded all of Anheuser-Busch construction standards creating a facility that stands for excellence.
