Construction included cast in place walls, CMU blocks and metal stud clads with brick veneer and metal panel siding. Work performed was management of all facets of construction including dual 90' detention tanks with filtration system and outfall, construction of the shell and core as well as the final interior build out of the core facility, tunneling under Hwy 99 to connect to the city water main and the complete parking and draining system as well as landscaping for over a 2-acre site.
