SEA CON was the design-build general contractor for the three (3) buildings on the Malcolm drilling 10-acre site. The shop and storage buildings are pre-engineered steel with a standing seam roof. This office is concrete tilt construction with rigid insulation over a plywood roof deck.

Chestnut Hill/Bright Horizons

58,000 sf multi-story private school building with underground parking servicing grades K through 8 with adjoining playground and soccer field. The project was completed on a stringent schedule to meet school opening in the fall of 2007. It boasts a full service kitchen, cafeteria, library, gymnasium, sound attenuated music room, state of the art computer, science and art rooms and comes fully equipped with wi-fi and numerous seating/studying areas throughout the 3 floors. The exterior's playground has a rubberized matting surface, a basketball court and a synthetic turf soccer field. This project was second of its kind for Bright Horizons Children's Center, a 100 company who provides Child Care Centers across North America and England and has started developing secondary schools as a natural progression to their Child Care Centers.

This 28,000 sf, 3-story, class “A” office building is constructed utilizing a hybrid steel structure with CIP concrete walls. The exterior wall is stucco and stone. It has a metal roof that emulates a Spanish tile roof and extensive custom wood trellis entry details. The interior lobby has custom wrought iron stair rails and custom lighting designed by Architectural Details. Dark stained wood detail is everywhere including the lobby fireplace, overhead wood beams and railings and on the windows including the clerestory windows surrounding the lobby rotunda. The Capstone Office space has coved lighting details, custom cabinetry and fabric walls throughout. Stamped concrete on the exterior adds additional dimension to the entry way. This building was designed and built to the specifications of this Custom Home Builder to give a "Tuscan" feel.
