SEA CON LLC’s ability to coordinate the logistics of building a 100,000 sf warehouse next to an operational manufacturing and distribution facility was one of the key components of this successful project.  SEA CON LLC accomplished this through clear communication and teamwork with critical production schedules and delivery commitments. Another key to success was finding a way to satisfy the county's requirement to test the newly constructed infiltration system for site storm retention. SEA CON LLC responded with a coordinated effort to pump 750,000 gallons of water into the system within a 7-hour period.
